To support HE institutions in the CE-SE region in competing for international talents through the development of enhanced integration services and more effective internationalisation management in general the project will create a set of practical tools: 

  1. A report on obstacles to incoming academic staff mobility and the institutional gaps for more welcoming services 
  2. A strategic model welcome service framework providing a flexible mix of recommended services and activities HEIs can introduce to support incoming PhD students and academic staff
  3. A comprehensive training programme for HE managers and support staff dealing with internationalisation and science administration
  4. An online training programme for HE managers and support staff with open-access content enabling as many HE professionals as possible to access the training.
