All the project outcomes and outputs are planned to be spread toward higher education institutions and other interested stakeholders in the countries of the target region through a series of events:
The workshops will be held in Bulgaria, Poland and Serbia and will provide participants with a hands-on experience with the tools developed in the project. They should also encourage networking among participants and contribute to strengthening their professional identity.
Target group: HE mangers (representing both academic and administrative management) and professional staff working in the area of HE internationalisation or research support, representatives of policy making bodies, authorities and other stakeholders with a capacity to contribute to creating a better environment for mobile PhD students and academics.
The conference aims to disseminate the project outcomes among a wider international professional community and encourage further discussion about the challenges in international mobility of incoming PhD students and academic staff identified in the project. All project outputs will be transferable into various contexts and freely accessible.
Participants: representatives of HE institutions (both managers and professional staff), especially from the target region, representatives of EU level networks, umbrella organisations and bodies dealing with the internationalisation of HE education and research (examples of such networks and organisations include the EURAXESS and EUROGUIDANCE networks, European University Association, MSCA NCPs, MSCA Alumni Association, EuroDoc, Utrecht Network, European Association for International Education among others).
